The aim of this work is the analysis of the state commodity sector of the economy of Tobolsk province in the second half of XIX – early XX centuries. The Period is characterized by the growth of modernization processes in which the changes affected almost all economic sectors and in particular areas of life in General. The author focuses on the raw materials and their processing in view of the exceptional importance of the sectors represented in the industrial development of the region, but also because of their specific features that serve a kind of indicator for other sectors.

Kolupaev V.E. Alexander Evreinov as a Vatican diplomat and a figure of the Russian diaspora

The article describes Alexander Evreinov's personality. He was the aristocrat, the Russian and Vatican diplomat, the priest connected with Russian apostolate in diaspora, the archbishop of the Russian Catholic church of the Byzantine Rite, the participant of religious and social life of the Russian Abroad, the founder of the parish of the Holy Trinity in Paris, the publisher of the “Blagovest” magazine, the functionary on important positions in Vatican. The biographic data is represented on materials of the foreign press and the latest archival openings.

Reva B.V. Calendar ritualism of the Opillia region in the scientific works of historians, ethnographers, and specialists in folklore of the XIXth – XXIst centuries (historiography of the problem)

The article analyses the historiographical problem of calendar ritualism of the Ukrainians in Opillia in the middle of the XIXth – early XXIst century. The author characterizes works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists of the XIXth – XXIst centuries. The first works in calendar ritualism were written by the representatives of the “Russian Trinity” and the Ethnographic committee of the Shevchenko Scientific Society.

Nikolsky E.V. Religious literacy in the system of cultural competencies in the training of law students

The article provides a clear definition of general cultural competence of the future specialist, it is shown that they represent a social expectation of the fact that a graduate student entering into the social life, shares the values that prevail in this society: high moral characteristics and values of humanism, has a common language, legal culture. In this context, religious literacy is considered, in the presentation we prove that it is an organic part of the composition of the general cultural competences, complements and reveals their content. The article specifically states that religious education is a necessary and relevant part in the socialization of young people.

The article focuses on problems of key competences identification of university graduates in the view of existing approaches to definitions of “competence” and “key competence”. The authors consider the results of self-identification of key competences by university graduates and found out the more important groups of competences.

The article analyzes the essence of the concepts of "brand" and "branding", the genesis of the concepts "nation brand" and "nation branding". Among other things, it shows that this marketing technique was considered and is still considered in a pragmatic aspect as a mean of ensuring the country's competitive advantages in the global arena.

Mukhametov R.S. The reasons of creation of the Eurasian Economic Union: economics or politics?

The article considers creation of the Eurasian economic Union. It is shown that Russia is the main provider of integration in the post-Soviet space. The author identifies several reasons for the establishment of the Eurasian economic Union. Much attention is paid to geo-economic reasons. It is clear that the Eurasian economic Union is a geopolitical project for Moscow. The author believes that domestic political considerations also support the motive of integration processes in the post-Soviet space.

Haydanka Y.I. The dynamics of political regime in modern Ukraine: empirical dimension

The article elucidates institutional components of political regime in Ukraine that determine the state’s failures or success in the course of systemic democratization. Political and civil levels of political regime transformation are being contemplated taking into consideration the methodological basis and data of Freedom House (Nations in Transit) and Bertelsmann Fund. Substantial attention has been paid to dynamic indicators of political regime in Ukraine as based on empirical markers, particular time framework as well as characteristic features of social and political condition.

The article discusses the role of the Internet as a global communication tool in the PR-support of the implementation of Ukraine's foreign policy. The article pays particular attention to the features of the websites of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic missions of Ukraine as an image-forming tool.

Mykhaliuk N.Y. Ukraine and the Council of Europe common activity in implementation of key principles of participatory democracy

The article analyses the main forms of mutual cooperation of Ukraine and the Council of Europe in order to implement basic principles of participatory democracy, to conform the legislation of Ukraine to standards of the European Union. The article examines the main legal documents, phases, and the main areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the Council of Europe. The author also assesses the processes of implementation of key principles of participatory democracy in Ukraine.

Efimov V.F., Nikolsky E.V. Women's royal holiness as the church-historical phenomenon

The article under the topic of the Royal Holiness examines its specific subtype, the righteousness of the Royal women. Among the saint queens, empresses and princesses the authors distinguish the independent rulers, the widows, and wives of monarchs. The Holy Byzantine Empress and canonized European Queen, the Queen of the Georgian and the Russian Princess defended the Christian statehood brightened by feats of patience, mercy, by building the temples. In the conclusion of the article briefly tells about the Royal martyrs and Confessors of the XX century.

Melkov A.S. The development of theology as an academic discipline in the post-soviet space

The article is devoted to the researching of normative-legal regulation, analyses of the theoretical, methodological and substantial part, as well as future development of theology in a secular Higher School in the post-Soviet space. On the base of the historical review, the author has concluded, that the tradition of higher theological education in former USSR Republics is absent. This fact can explain existing problems connected with legalization of theology in scientifically educational space mainly in Russia and Ukraine. Recent years’ positive trend in the solving of this problem indicates that theology as an academic discipline has a great potential and perspectives for its advancement. It is especially topical for Ukraine, where the necessary normative-legal foundation for studying theology in a secular Higher School on all educational levels, including the preparation and thesis defence, has been already done.

Khrabrova V.E. On some lexical development trends in the modern English language

The article presents short comparative theoretical research into lexical changes in modern English carried out by British linguists. The concept of its monolithic entity and language purism conflict the views on language as a dynamically developing structure.  Information technologies, globalization, cultural evolution, military and political events of global concern bring about lexical-semantic changes in the English language word stock and vocabulary update which is substantiated by an array of sentences derived from the Guardian.

Sukhareva S.V. Political measuring of Szymon Starowolski: in the circle of ideals and ideas

The article deals with Polish work of Szymon Starowolski, his life ideals and preached ideas that are shown in his preached prose. Special attention is paid to lament motives of political character, expressions and brochures. The article presents biographic factors that had an impact on the writer's spiritual world. A separate part of Szymon Starowolski's Polish works is devoted to the problems of education and upbringing of the youth.

Nikiforova S.A. Primary interjections in Goethe’s poems

The article studies problems of functioning of primary interjections in German poetic texts. Their use in poetic texts concerns peculiarities of poetry as a genre and communicative potential of the considered items. Interjections create the illusion of face-to-face interaction and having the emotive function they increase emotionality of poetic texts. In Goethe's poems interjections function as the meaning-and-text forming items, they also participate in rhythmical and compositional organization of the text.

The article analyses the eponymous key metaphor of P. Mac Orlan's Novel “Le Quai des brumes” (“Port of Shadows”), discussing its function in the textual space and portrayal of the characters as well as its parallels with the metaphors in other works by the author. As a result, the author comes to a conclusion on the particular features of the atmosphere created in the novel and stylistic devices Mac Orlan uses.

Mudrakov V.V. Value and methodological aspects of the philosophical projects’ conceptualization within the worldview and mental transformations: the new interpretation of Nietzsche's philosophy

The article deals with the interpretation of Nietzsche’s philosophy as an ethical strategic project. Nietzsche’s main concepts (Umwertung alter Werte, Der Wille zur Macht, Übermensch, ewige Wiederkunft) are also explained as fundamental constants and as stages of their realization. It outlines methodological features and value potencies of Nietzsche’s “Weltanschauung renewel” project.

Kozhemiakina O.M. The principle of solidarity in culture of trust: socio-philosophical context

The article performs a socio-philosophical analysis of correlation of such categories as trust and solidarity, determination of their role and place in the social reality, drawing special attention to the value context of the specific character of developing culture of trust in civil society. Taking into account the global nature of the social change the article examines perspectives of actualization of the principle of solidarity in culture of trust in modern society.

Brodeckiy O.Y. The humanistic resource of ethical values in religions: topical approaches of its investigation

The article examines the phenomenon of ethical values in religions, conceptualizes the relationships between soteriological, moral and socially integrative parameters in religious ethical sanctions. The problem is considered with the accent on modern transformations of society and the spiritual sphere. The author analyzes the feasibility and limits of humanistic synergy of religious ethical ideas of different traditions. It is outlined the vision of priorities and methodological mechanisms of religious ethical ideas implementation into the humanitarian education. Research is implemented on the disciplinary and methodological intersection of ethics, social philosophy and religious studies.

Religious communication is the complex object of scientific research that involves existential component and the inextricable link with relevant historical trends. Mass culture and the information society put pressure on modern religious communication. Media is actively integrating into the system of religious communication. Hegemony of mass communication is realized through the media and religious communicative system becomes the part of this hegemony. Peculiarities of religious communication processes are conditioned by consciousness of itself impact and the need to integrate into the media system.

Томилов И.С. Обрабатывающая и сырьевая промышленность Тобольской губернии во второй половине XIX – начале XX вв.

Цель данной работы – анализ состояния обрабатывающего сырьевого сектора экономики Тобольской губернии во второй половине XIX – начале XX вв. Этот период характеризуется нарастанием процессов модернизации, в рамках которой изменения коснулись практически всех сегментов экономики в частности и сфер жизнедеятельности в целом. Автор акцентирует внимание на сырье и его обработке в силу исключительной важности представленных секторов в структуре промышленного развития края, а также ввиду их специфических особенностей, служащих своеобразным индикатором для других отраслей.

Колупаев В.Е. Александр Николаевич Евреинов как ватиканский дипломат и деятель Русского Зарубежья

В статье описывается личность Александра Николаевича Евреинова – аристократа, российского и ватиканского дипломата, священнослужителя, связанного с Русским апостолатом в диаспоре, архиепископа Российской Католической Церкви византийского обряда, участника религиозной и социальной жизни Русского Зарубежья, основателя прихода Святой Троицы в Париже, издателя журнала «Благовест», функционера на ответственных постах в Ватикане. Биографические сведения представлены по материалам зарубежной печати и новейших архивных открытий.

Рева Б.В. Календарная обрядность Ополья в научных работах историков, этнографов и фольклористов ХІХ-ХХІ вв. (историография проблемы)

В статье представлен анализ историографической проблемы календарной обрядности украинцев Ополья середины XIX – начала XXI вв. Охарактеризованы работы украинских и зарубежных ученых XIX-XXI веков. Первые труды по календарной обрядности были написаны деятелями «Русской троицы» и Этнографической комиссии Научного общества имени Т.Г. Шевченко.

Никольский Е.В. Религиоведческая грамотность в системе общекультурных компетенций подготовки студентов-юристов

В статье приводится четкое определение общекультурных компетенций будущего специалиста, показано, что они отражают социальное ожидание того, что выпускник вуза, вступая в социальную жизнь, разделяет ценности, господствующие в этом обществе: высокие морально-нравственные характеристики и ценности гуманизма, обладает общей, языковой, правовой культурой. В этом контексте рассматривается религиоведческая грамотность, в ходе изложения доказывается, что она органично входит в состав общекультурных компетенций, дополняет и раскрывает их содержание. В статье специально отмечается, что религиоведческое просвещение является необходимой и актуальной частью в социализации молодого человека.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы идентификации ключевых компетенций у выпускников вузов в свете различий существующих подходов к определению понятий «компетенция» и «ключевая компетенция». Представлены результаты исследования самоидентификации ключевых компетенций у выпускников университета, определены наиболее востребованные группы компетенций.

Терещук М.И. Эволюция концепта «брендинг» как инструмента обеспечения конкурентных преимуществ страны

В статье анализируются сущность понятий «бренд» и «брендинг», анализируется генезис концептов «бренд страны» и «брендинг страны». Среди прочего, отмечается, что данная маркетинговая технология рассматривалась и до сих пор рассматривается в прагматическом аспекте как средство обеспечения конкурентных преимуществ страны на мировой арене.

Мухаметов Р.С. Причины создания Евразийского экономического союза: экономика или политика?

Статья посвящена созданию Евразийского экономического союза. Показано, что Россия является главным провайдером интеграции на постсоветском  пространстве. Автор выделяет несколько мотивов создания Евразийского экономического союза. Много внимания уделено геоэкономическим причинам.  Установлено, что Евразийский экономический союз является геополитическим проектом Москвы. Автор полагает, что  внутриполитические соображения также выступают мотивом интеграционных процессов на постсоветском пространстве.

Малыха М.И. Новые вызовы для современной миграционной политики Европейского Союза

В статье проанализирована миграционная политика Европейского Союза в условиях современного глобального развития и существующего европейского миграционного кризиса, указаны ее сильные и слабые стороны. Исследованы факторы и принципы миграционной политики. Особое внимание обращено на меры, направленные на преодоление кризисного потока мигрантов в страны-участницы Союза.

Гайданка Е.И. Динамика политического режима в современной Украине: эмпирическое измерение

В статье рассматриваются институциональные составляющие политического режима в Украине, определяющие успехи или неудачи страны в ходе системной демократизации. На методологической основе исследований, проведенных организациями «Freedom House» (Nations in Transit) и «Bertelsmann Found», изучаются политический и гражданский уровни трансформации политического режима. Значительное внимание уделяется динамическим характеристикам политического режима Украины, за основу берутся эмпирические показатели, четкие временные рамки и специфику социально-политической конъюнктуры.

В статье рассматривается роль Интернета как глобального средства коммуникации в PR-поддержке реализации внешней политики Украины. В частности, рассматриваются особенности веб-сайтов МИД Украины и дипломатических представительств страны как имиджевых ресурсов.

Михалюк Н.Ю. Деятельность Украины и Совета Европы по реализации основных принципов демократии участия

В статье проанализированы основные формы сотрудничества Украины и Совета Европы с целью внедрения основных принципов демократии участия, приведения законодательства к нормам и стандартам стран ЕС. Рассмотрены основные нормативно-правовые документы, этапы, сферы сотрудничества между Украиной и Советом Европы. Дана оценка процессу внедрения основных принципов демократии участия в Украине.

Ефимов Е.Ф., Никольский Е.В. Женская царственная святость как церковно-исторический феномен

В статье в рамках темы царственной святости рассматривается ее специфический подтип – праведность царственных женщин. Авторы выделяют среди канонизированных королев, цариц и княгинь самостоятельных правительниц, вдов и жен монархов. Отмечается, что святые византийские императрицы и европейские канонизированные королевы, грузинские царицы и русские княгини являлись защитницами христианской государственности, просияли подвигами терпения, милосердия, созданием храмов. В заключение статьи кратко говорится о царственных мученицах и исповедницах XX столетия.

Мельков А.С. Развитие теологии как научной дисциплины на постсоветском пространстве

Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов нормативно-правового регулирования, анализу теоретико-методологической и содержательной части, а также перспективам развития теологии в светском вузе на постсоветском пространстве. На основе предпринятого исторического обзора автор приходит к выводу, что традиция высшего теологического образования в республиках бывшего СССР отсутствует. Этим объясняются имеющиеся сложности, связанные с легализацией теологии в научно-образовательном пространстве, главным образом, в России и в Украине. Положительная динамика последних лет в решении этого вопроса свидетельствует, что теология как научная дисциплина имеет большой потенциал и перспективы для развития. Особенно это касается Украины, где создана необходимая нормативно-правовая база для изучения теологии в светском вузе на всех образовательных ступенях, включая подготовку и защиту диссертаций.

Храброва В.Е. О некоторых тенденциях лексических изменений в современном английском языке

В статье представлен краткий сравнительный анализ  теоретических взглядов британских  лингвистов по вопросу лексических изменений, происходящих в современном английском языке. Концепция о его монолитности  и языковой пуризм  противоречат прогрессивным взглядам,  представляющим язык как динамично развивающуюся сущность. Информационные технологии,  глобализация,  культурная эволюция, а также военно-политические события в мире приводят к лексико-семантическим изменениям словарного состава английского языка и его пополнению, о чем свидетельствуют многочисленные примеры из газеты «Гардиан», приведенные в статье.

Сухарева С.В. Политическое измерение творчества Шимона Старовольского: в кругу идеалов и идей

В статье освещено польскоязычное творчество Шимона Старовольского сквозь призму его жизненных идеалов и проповедуемых идей, присущих в проповеднической прозе. Особое внимание обращено на ламентационные мотивы политического характера, орации и брошюры. Одновременно представлены биографические факторы, которые повлияли на духовный мир писателя. Отдельная страница польскоязычного творчества Шимона Старовольского посвящена проблемам образования и воспитания молодежи.

Никифорова С.А. Первичные междометия в стихотворениях И.В. Гете

В статье рассматриваются вопросы функционирования первичных междометий в немецком поэтическом тексте. Их употребление связано с особенностями поэзии как литературного жанра и коммуникативным потенциалом изучаемых единиц. Междометия создают иллюзию непосредственного общения, и, благодаря эмотивной функции, увеличивают эмоциональность поэтического произведения. В стихотворениях И.В. Гете междометия выполняют смысло- и текстообразующие функции и участвуют в ритмико-композиционном членении текста.      

Сабашникова А.А. Ключевая метафора романа Пьера Мак Орлана «Набережная туманов»

В статье всесторонне анализируется вынесенная в название ключевая метафора романа П. Мак Орлана «Набережная туманов», последовательно разбирается ее связь с пространственной организацией текста, характеристикой персонажей, проводится параллель с другими произведениями автора. В результате делается вывод о специфике создаваемой Мак Орланом атмосферы и особенностях стиля, позволяющих достичь такого эффекта.

Мудраков В.В. Ценностно-методологические аспекты концептуализации философских проектов в мировоззренческих и ментальных трансформациях: новые интерпретации философии Ф. Ницше

В статье осуществляется интерпретация философии Ф. Ницше как этический стратегический проект. Ключевые ницшеанские концепты (Umwertung alter Werte, Der Wille zur Macht, Übermensch, ewige Wiederkunft) истолковываются одновременно как фундаментальные константы и как этапы его осуществления. Определяется методологические особенности и ценностный потенциал ницшеанского проекта «мировоззренческого обновления».

Кожемякина О.Н. Принцип солидарности в культуре доверия: социально-философский контекст

В статье представлен социально-философский анализ соотношения категорий доверия и солидарности, определены их роль и место в социальной действительности, обращается особое внимание на ценностный контекст специфики формирования культуры доверия в гражданском обществе. Учитывая глобальный характер социальных изменений, рассматриваются перспективы актуализации принципа солидарности в культуре доверия современного общества.

Бродецкий А.Е. Гуманистический ресурс этических ценностей в религиях: актуальные подходы к исследованию

В статье исследуется феномен этических ценностей в религиях, осмысливаются взаимосвязи сотериологических, собственно моральных и социально интегративных параметров в религиозно-этических санкциях. Проблема рассматривается с учетом актуальных для современности трансформаций социума и духовной сферы. Обсуждается вопрос целесообразности и пределов гуманистической синергии идей религиозной этики различных традиций. Автор обозначает видение приоритетов и методологических механизмов внедрения идей религиозной этики в образовательный гуманитарный массив. Исследование реализовано на дисциплинарно-методологическом пересечении этики, социальной философии и религиоведения.

Петрушкевич М.С. Религиозная коммуникация и гегемония масс-медиа

Религиозная коммуникация – сложный объект дня научного исследования, предусматривающий экзистенциальную составляющую и неразрывную связь с актуальными историческими тенденциями. На современную религиозную коммуникацию оказывает давление массовая культура и информационное общество. Масс-медиа активно интегрируются в систему религиозной коммуникации. Также с помощью СМИ реализуется гегемония массовой коммуникации, а религиозная коммуникативная система является частью этой гегемонии. Особенности процессов в религиозной коммуникации обусловлены осознанием своей влиятельности и необходимостью интеграции в систему масс-медиа.

Nesterov D.A. King Philip’s war: American Indians in British colonial society

This article is about the problem of the perception of the North American Indians by the British colonial community during the King Philip’s war; this is the first time when the problem is considered in Russian historiography. The author pays attention to events that means a starting point for the formation of public opinion of the British colonies’ inhabitants towards to the Indian population and its modifications, which is connected with King Philip’s war. The preconditions, causes and implications of these changes are identified in this article. Also there is the direct dependence of views of any part of British society from its social status and position which were among of the factors that determined and affected to the behaviour of the British. All the author’s conclusions are supported by appeals to historical sources.

Tomilov I.S. Marriages, fertility and mortality of the citizens of the Tobolsk Province in the 2nd half of the XIX – early XX centuries

In demographic processes for natural population growth, there were indicators of marriage, fertility and mortality, influenced by age of marriage, reproductive cycle of family factors, etc. According to recent demographic developments of concepts, the level of urbanization is inversely related to fertility, marriage and mortality. It gives novelty and relevance to the study. The main purpose is to study the processes of fertility, marriage and mortality of the population of the cities of Tobolsk province in the late Imperial period. The main methods are interdisciplinary, systematic, diachronic, problem-chronological, historical principles of scientific knowledge. As a result of the conducted research we will identify key causes, course, and changes in demographic characteristics in the stated spatio-temporal framework.

Prelovska I.M. Epistolary as a source for the biographic research of Ivan Ogienko (Metropolitan Hilarion) and Andrey Sheptytsky, Metropolitan of Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church

Article reviews the epistolary sources for the study of the biographies of the Minister in the Government of UNR denominations headed by Simon Petlura Ogienko Ivan (1882-1972), later Metropolitan of Chelm and Podlasie (Lublin) Hilarion, and Metropolitan of Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church Andrey Sheptytsky (1865-1944). Correspondence shows the changes in relation to the Ivan Ogienko Metropolitan Sheptytsky sharply from negative to respectful and friendly.

Kolupaev V.E. On the history of the Roman Catholic parish of Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Ryazan

The article describes the history of the Catholic community in Ryazan since its inception to the present day. Participation of Polish Catholics and their position in the social, administrative and religious life in the Russian empire, the K. Tsiolkovsky’s family, the construction of the temple at the end of the XIX century, religious persecution in the Soviet Union in 1920-1930, the revival of the parish since 1996 and its current status, pastoral work with foreign Catholic students, the destruction and the deplorable state of the church, sample of architecture.

Suprunchuk O.P. Museum as a space of relaying the cultural memory. Researching of Jewish modern museum

This article analyses the phenomenon of the museum as an important institution of saving and relaying the collective memory of nation, as the semantic space that has reinterpreted the historical heritage through the prism of the modern worldview foundations. This role of the museum institution and its actuality for society was visually researched through the analysis of projects of the Jewish modern museums that put the Holocaust in the centre of their attention.

Mukhametov R.S. “Fair Russia” and the power: stages of development of relation

The article is devoted to the history of relations of the party “Fair Russia” (“Spravedlivaya Rossiya”) and the Kremlin. The author distinguishes three stages in the political positioning of the party: a constructive opposition, the radical opposition and complete loyalty. Much attention is paid to the reasons for the development of relations. The author came to the conclusion that the main factor is the electoral rating of Vladimir Putin.

Tykhomyrova E.B. Transboundary brand: European and Ukrainian experiences

The article presents a study of the concept "cross-border brand" and the analysis of the formation of cross-border branding practices in transboundary territory of Europe and Ukraine. Today the cross-border territories united by common economic, social, cultural and political life strive to be transformed into a brand. That is why the issues related to their positioning and branding are of great importance. According to the author cross-border / inter-regional brand, an intangible asset of cross-border cooperation, which provides the promotion of the interests of cross-border areas, both inside and outside the cross-border. In recent years, such brands as part of Euroregions are being formed with the participation of many European countries.

The article analyses regulatory and organizational components of the application of branding technology as a tool of foreign policy of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in this sphere, as well as to the problems impeding the full implementation of the branding policy.

Karpchuk N.P. Communication policy of the EU member-states concerning the support of the European integration

To support the European integration process the countries, candidates for the accession to the European Union, developed the communication policy and carried out the large-scale nationwide campaign, which was directed at the public and its interests. The experience of Sweden, Austria and Finland, the fourth wave of accession countries, is of specific interest as they decided to hold nation-wide referendums, and therefore were in need of awareness and support of their citizens.

The article discusses the role of the Internet as a global communication tool in the PR-support of the implementation of foreign policy. Special attention is paid to such innovative directions of electronic foreign PR as the creation of "virtual embassies" (on the example of the United States).

THEOLOGY

Nikolsky E.V. Unseemly acts of canonized monarchs: an experience of theological analysis

The article discuses an "unpopular" aspect of hagiology-crimes and other nefarious acts of canonized monarchs. The analysis solves a theological dilemma: how can atrocities unite with Holiness. It is noted that if real or alleged crimes are attributed to the monarch who completed his life in martyrdom, the question of his canonization automatically disappears because the martyrdom cleans all the sins. Examples of such case are Saint Michael of Chernigov, Andrei Bogolyubsky, Nicholas II.

Melkov A.S. God-pleasing scientist – archpriest Alexander Gorsky (to the 140-th anniversary of the repose)

The article is devoted to the memory of archpriest Alexander Gorsky (1812–1875), Moscow Theological Academy’s rector, pastor of the Church, historian, specialist in archaeography, divine and pedagogue. The author analyzes father Alexander’s scientific-pedagogical and pastoral ministry through his God-pleasing and holy life, which can be cold sacramental saga. Archpriest Alexander was a highly moral person, and it was reflected on in his serving God, people and science. His course of life and scientific heritage are closely connected with interchurch, interstate and public relations in Russia of the 19-th century. The author has come to the conclusion, that nowadays there are objective reasons for the starting archpriest Alexander Gorsky’s canonization process.

Dolgorukova N.M. “I” of the author of the XII c.: rhetoric and subjectivity of medieval literature

This article attempts to answer a series of questions relevant to the study of medieval literature: is it possible to create a typology of the medieval “I” and to distinguish rhetorical use of personal constructions from more subjective types which was the author's “I” in the XII century. Is it possible to talk about subjectivity of medieval literature, and, if so, how is it expressed?

Soltanov M.D. About some historical and religious-legendary personal names used in ashug creative works

One of the actual problems of modern Azerbaijan linguistics is the area of onomastic units and studying of their features are onomastic units, study of their characteristics and peculiarities. Onomastic units are proper names used in the language. Ashugs used these units in their creative work and made inimitable and extraordinary word samples and poetic word complexes. The article deals with some historical and religious-legendary personal names used in Azerbaijan ashug poetry, and explains the etymological roots of these names.

Nikishov Y.M. On the formation of the novel “A Hero of Our Time”

This is a new version of a story of Lermontov’s “A Hero of Our Time” creation. The story begins in the end of 1837 with creation of an independent tale (novella) “Taman”. Creative success stimulated Lermontov to continue work in the genre of notes as it is reflected in the subtitle of journal publication of “Bela”: “From the notes of a military officer on the Caucasus”. But the new story has changed the original plan. Now the figure of the hero became the basis for the cycle. The book has integrity, which is not provided by the initial strict plan. It is based on dialog links of the cycle novels.

Fusco A. “Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk District”: a tale waved on a terrific natural scenary

The young  Katerina  Lvovna lives in a house with an old husband she does not love and her father-in-law, missing the freedom of her childhood. The deathly oppressive atmosphere of her family will change when she meets Sergei. Her passion for the young man, who had seduced many women in the town, will be so strong that Katerina will do anything to keep hold of him. The two lovers will commit monstrous crimes together and will be convicted and sent to Siberia. The tale is a dramatic portrait of a dragging force, which moves in an intense atmosphere of heat and coldness flowing in the deepest darkness.

Tuliakova N.A., Nikitina N.A. Stefan Zweig’s legends: a new stage in the development of the European legend

The article studies the genre of legend-parable that appeared in European literature in the end of the 19th century as exemplified by Stefan Zweig’s collection of legends. On the basis of comparison of the legend-parable and literary legend of the 19th century the author reveals the core markers of the new genre. They include the support of the religious pretext, the choice of relations between a person and God as the main topic, the absence of the conflict representation, the emphasis on the concept of the miracle, objective author’s viewpoint, explication of the author’s intention.

Hakimov M. Artistic originality of fables by Haman Matjan

The article analyses the artistic originality of the fables by Haman Matjan, reveals their connection with folklore, analyses the motivic structure, reveals satirical intentions of the Uzbek poet. In the end of the article, the author highlights deep connection of Haman Tatjan’s creativity with universal values.

The article deals with the development of the category “man” in the history of philosophy. The author focuses on such periods of the philosophical thought development as the Antiquity, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the Modern history, the Age of the Enlightenment, German classical philosophy, and non-classical philosophy. The article analyses and compare philosophical views of such outstanding thinkers as Socrates, Aristotle, Epicurus, Titus Lucretius Carus, Thomas Aquinas, Giovanni Pico della Mirandola, Coluccio Salutati, Michel de Montaigne, Francis Bacon, John Locke, Benedict Spinoza, Blaise Pascal, Charles-Louis de Montesquieu, Voltaire, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Immanuel Kant, Ludwig Feuerbach, Arthur Schopenhauer, Søren Kierkegaard, Friedrich Nietzsche.

Brodetskyi O.E. The ethical and value meaning of spiritual absolute idea conceptualized in the context of God’s being proofs

The article analyses the value and anthropological potencies of the notional mechanisms of the God idea philosophically conceptualized in the context of God’s being proofs. The author investigates the correlation between rational and irrational elements of these arguments and their value impulses. The research outlines the logical and cognitive vulnerability and antinomies of the idea, but it also reasons the effective ethical recourses of thinking concerning God’s being substantiation. The article contains the analysis of value application of God’s being proofs within the science methodology and the search of life meaning.

Bulanova-Duvalko L.F. Philosophical aspects of understanding the trend of feminist aesthetics

The article analyses theoretic and methodological principles of feminist aesthetics as an underexplored section of aesthetic science. Amongst others, the author discusses the preconditions of this intellectual approach, its interconnection with feminist critique of art history and defines the main directions of feminist aesthetics studies’ research. Moreover, the author considers approaches of conceptualizing this trend articulated by Christine Battersby, Rita Felski and Sarah Worth.

Vorozheikin Y.P. The strategies of mass screen culture

The article deals with strategies of mass screen culture aimed at manipulation with images of death and violence. The author highlights the main ways of implementation of these strategies, their relationship with contemporary cultural trends. Also the article observes negative consequences of such strategy as screen “anesthesia” of human feelings through transformation of images of death and violence in a way of exception of moral evaluation of the act of violence and death deprivation in metaphysical and existential sense.

Дорогие друзья и коллеги!

25 января 2016 года исполнилось три года со дня государственной регистрации сетевого издания «Studia Humanitatis» – Международного электронного научного журнала. Сердечно поздравляю с этим радостным событием всех членов редакционной коллегии журнала, авторов и читателей издания!

В день третьей годовщины «Studia Humanitatis» вышел в свет юбилейный, десятый по счету, номер журнала (2015, № 4), состоящий из 21 статьи, каждая из которых представляет научный интерес, актуальна и вносит свою важную лепту в развитие гуманитарного знания.

За три года стараниями редакции и редакционной коллегии в журнале было опубликовано 209 статей, обзоров и рецензий по истории, теологии, педагогике, политологии, филологии и философии. Редакционная коллегия журнала состоит из представителей научных и образовательных организаций России, Украины, Италии и Польши – это доктора и кандидаты наук – серьезные ученые и высокие профессионалы своего дела, грамотные специалисты в области гуманитарного знания.

Когда в первый номер журнала «Studia Humanitatis», увидевший свет 17 июня 2013 года,  вошли статьи представителей вузов и научных организаций Голландии, Украины и России, формат журнала изначально стал международным. Такое международное сотрудничество ученых гуманитариев на страницах нашего издания с каждым новым выпуском крепло и развивалось, свидетельствуя о трансграничном и наднациональном характере науки в наше время бурного развития телекоммуникационных технологий и сети Интернет. В связи с этим, в 2015 году сетевое издание «Studia Humanitatis» получило официальный статус Международного электронного научного журнала.

В течение первого года издания журнал «Studia Humanitatis» был зарегистрирован в Centre International de l'ISSN (ISSN 2308-8079) и был включен в Российский индекс научного цитирования (РИНЦ).

В течение второго года выпуска журнала наше издание продолжало развиваться и совершенствоваться. В октябре 2014 года был заключен лицензионный договор о размещении выпусков журнала на платформе крупнейшей в России электронной научной библиотеки открытого доступа (Open Access) «КиберЛенинка». С конца 2014 года метаданные журнала «Studia Humanitatis» экспортируются в крупнейший в мире открытый репозиторий научной информации – Академию Гугл (Google Scholar).

Третий год издания журнала «Studia Humanitatis» прошел под знаком реализации стратегического плана редакции по включению издания в международные наукометрические базы.

В связи с этим в июне 2015 года была запущена англоязычная версия сайта журнала. В данной версии представлена основная информация о журнале, его структуре, составе редакции и редакционной коллегии, правилах для авторов. Также имеется возможность ознакомления с аннотациями статей всех номеров журнала (Summary) на английском языке.

В начале октября 2015 года журнал «Studia Humanitatis» был включен в международную наукометрическую базу данных Academic Research Index – ResearchBib. В настоящее время в ResearchBib сформирован архив научных материалов журнала «Studia Humanitatis» на английском языке.

20 января 2016 года журнал «Studia Humanitatis» был включен в крупнейший Европейский научный индекс European Reference Index for the Humanities and Social Sciences – ERIH PLUS.

Выходу каждого номера журнала всегда предшествует серьезная работа редакции и редакционной коллегии, связанная с приемом, рецензированием, редактированием и размещением научных публикаций.

Благодаря электронному формату представления и распространения материалов, журнал «Studia Humanitatis» доступен для чтения в любой точке мира, где есть сеть Интернет. Нашими читателями ежедневно становятся многочисленные пользователи всемирной паутины из разных стран. Как следует из статистики, журнал «Studia Humanitatis» наиболее популярен в России, Украине, Беларуси, Казахстане, США, Польше, Италии, Германии, Франции. Также читателями журнала часто становятся пользователи Интернет из Армении, Азербайджана, Турции, Бразилии, Киргизии, Узбекистана, Болгарии, Румынии, Молдавии, Чехии и других стран. Ежемесячно сайт журнала посещают около трех тысяч уникальных посетителей с суммарным количеством просмотров около семи тысяч страниц. Эта динамика имеет тенденцию к дальнейшему увеличению.

Редакция и редакционная коллегия сетевого издания «Studia Humanitatis» осуществляют политику поступательного развития журнала с перспективой его включения в Перечень ведущих рецензируемых научных журналов и изданий, в которых должны быть опубликованы основные научные результаты диссертации на соискание ученых степеней доктора и кандидата наук (Перечень ВАК РФ).

Электронный научно-образовательный журнал «Studia Humaniatis» традиционно открыт для интеллектуальных дискуссий и обмена мнениями по широкому кругу научных вопросов, представляя собой интерактивную площадку для обсуждения актуальных вопросов, связанных с развитием современной гуманитарной науки.

В журнале открыты следующие рубрики: "История", "Педагогика", "Политология", "Теология", "Филология", "Философия".

Редакция и редакционная коллегия сетевого издания «Studia Humanitatis» приглашают авторов научных статей для публикаций на страницах журнала. Возможность разместить результаты своих трудов предоставляется как преподавателям вузов, научным сотрудникам, докторантам, так и молодым исследователям – аспирантам и студентам.
