Email Notification of task failure based on task exit code. Remote SFTP, FTP and local directory monitor can detect directory change and trigger FTP , zip, copy, delete tasks.  Can also detect file size, total files, file modification dates and trigger other tasks if required.

It manages all of your assets' needs starts from acquiring, depreciation, asset service/maintenance, custodian, warranty, costing, journaling, etc. You can group them by Dept, Cost Group, Class, Location, etc. It supports various depreciation methods and asset transactions (transfer, write off, revaluation, disposal). This application is compliance with International Accounting Standard (IAS16 - Property, Plant and Equipment).

FIXED ASSET DETAIL
Asset Master: complete recording of purchase price, date, service date, warranty date, asset class, cost group, custodian, vendor, department, provider, asset?s photo, asset breakdown, tagging, etc. You also tag id and photo for the asset breakdown for tracking. Multiple depreciation methods assign for fiscal and tax purposes.

DEPRECIATION
Depreciation methods: straight line, declining balance (fixed and variable by %), double declining (fixed and variable), sum of the year digit (full year and fiscal year). System is capable to recalculate depreciation regardless if the inquiry date or useful life is changed. Even if asset revaluation is perform, all the historical calculations will remain correct.

TRANSFER AND DISPOSAL
Asset can be transferred, disposed, written off, or revalue. System generate all standard journals completes with account number. System supports multiple branches transfer, multiple entities, and multi-user.

AUTOMATIC JOURNAL
Asset Pro16 produces its own journals for you and it is also compliance with IAS16, such as monthly depreciation journals, asset revaluation/ disposal/ write-off/transfer journal. You can completely setup your own chart of account to match your organization requirements.

COMPREHENSIVE REPORTS
Other than our standard pre-formatted reports, you can also build your own reports using MS Excel and group then as you like. Standard reports can also be export to MS Excel format for analysis.
