That is what it felt like during my last trip to the Engadin in Switzerland. Mid October is an amazing time to visit the Swiss alps for the fall colors and if you are lucky and early season snow.  And just at the end of an all day hike the clouds parted just enough to see a streak of blue over the peaks.

The blue plate special is back. :)  Ok I'm sticking with pomegranates for right now for practice.  This is out side lighting with a so so black background and a wood coffee table for a prop. :)    I set my Cool pix to food and kept the particular setting at under red.   This shot was achieved by standing back and zooming in.
