The French brie cheese with raspberries and fresh herbs, baked in the oven :-) This delicious dish I ate in Paris last year, in a small nice restaurant. Now, I prepare it often, it's perfect as an appetizer, very ''posh'' for Easter :-)

The shot was done indoor, in the morning, with a natural light on the right and on the left, I used a light wood board and I put some red tulips to play well with a red raspberries colour, I wanted to create a nice calm atmosphere with a lot of light, by Olympus OM-D E-M5, 45mm, f/1.8, ISO 200.
